gluten free banana bread



- 3 Bananas (Soft, not Firm)
- 1 Egg
- 3 tbsp Grape Seed Oil
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 3.5 tsp Baking Powder
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1.5 cup Almond Meal
- 1.5 cup Gluten Free Flour

-Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
-Grease a loaf pan.

Preparing the Bread:

In a large mixing bowl, smash the bananas, until it becomes a soft paste. While whisking, slowly add the egg, oil, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt, honey, sugar, and powder, until well blended. Then, add the almond meal and flour last.

Pour the mixture into the loaf pan, and make sure it spreads evenly. Then, place in the oven for about 1 hour. Depending on your oven, it may require additional 10-15 minutes. Once the bread is golden brown, feels firm, and has a cracked texture on top, it's ready.

Be sure to let the bread cool thoroughly before removing from pan. Enjoy!
