gluten free banana bread french toast

 

Ingredients:

- 3 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Almond Milk (or Coconut Creamer)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Leftover Banana Bread Slices 
- 2-3 tbsp Grape Seed Oil

Toppings:
- Confectioner's Sugar (Optional)
- Slices of Banana 

Got leftovers? Or, just want another excuse to eat more banana bread? If you have 3 eggs, 1/4 cup almond milk, and some vanilla extract handy, lets turn those leftovers into a French Toast Brunch!! 

In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Then, dip each slice of bread into the mixture. In a medium sized pan, on medium heat, pour in the oil. Then fry each side until golden brown.
