We introduce to you the fall apart in your mouth, sweet, modified from its original version, “Not Your Coworkers” Snickerdoodle. In no time you will be the talk of the office and have everyone texting you for the recipe!

And yes, this is based on a true story.

1/2 cup butter (softened)

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 egg

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

2 tsp vanilla

1 tbsp cinnamon

1 tsp lemon juice

1 1/2 cup all purpose flour

Cinnamon Sugar Topping:

1/3 cup granulated sugar

2 tsp cinnamon

tHe process

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray OR line with parchment paper.

Cream the softened butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar (mix for approximately 2 minutes).

Next, add in the egg, baking soda, salt, vanilla, cinnamon and lemon juice. Continue mixing together for 1-2 minutes.

Then, slowly add in the flour into the mixture until completely combined.

In a small bowl make your cinnamon sugar topping by stirring together the granulated sugar and cinnamon.

Roll up a tablespoon size worth of dough into a ball and roll into the cinnamon sugar topping. The outside of the dough ball should be completely coated with cinnamon sugar. Place dough balls on baking sheet.

Bake in the oven for 15-17 minutes.
